San Francisco Homes For Sale Way Down
We have been telling our clients about low inventory for at least 4 years and it just seems to be getting worse. We are hearing about low inventory across the US and in San Francisco we have the double whammy of few owners wanting to sell their homes and very few new homes being built. The price appreciation in San Francisco has been eye watering in the past few years. A house in my neighborhood sold for $945,000 in 2016 and just sold again for $1,650,000!

This is a great time for sellers, and it can be quite tough for buyers. Still, when selling your property, preparation is extremely important. We help our clients prepare their homes to look their best knowing what buyers are looking for in this market. We have a great list of local professional contractors to Fix, Clean, Remodel, and Stage your home, and we offer premier service coordinating all the contractors making sure the work gets done properly.
