San Francisco Best City in US

Businessweek reports San Francisco is America’s Best City in 2012. The comments at the end of the article are entertaining, but I think most San Francisco residents will not be surprised our fair city tops the list when it comes to lifestyle.  For a city with a population just over 800,000, San Francisco really does have so much, not to mention the Giants! The Businessweek article reports 129,000 tourists visit the city every day…yes day.

San Francisco, for instance, had the highest score for education (based on the previously mentioned factors), ranked sixth for leisure, and placed in the top 20 for economic factors and air quality.

It is always interesting to see how a publication comes up with the winners for a list like this, but I am not going to investigate too carefully
