San Francisco at the Top!

Apparently SF is expected to be a good place to invest in 2011.  Ok, so I don’t think a list like this means much, but the real estate market in San Francisco has held it’s own over the last few years, and there was some strong improvement this Fall making me believe that the new year might find us in a more stable market.  Frankly, the market has been fragile, and some negative news could always derail our gains.  As this article mentions it’s important to look at SF on it’s own not stirred in with the whole Bay Area….Sf is it’s own microcosm.  Click HERE to see the whole SFGate article.
