In 2021, so many aspects of our lives continued to be uncertain due to Covid-19. It was a real roller coaster ride always wondering when/if the next shoe would drop. For San Francisco real estate, on the other hand, it seemed clear from early in the year that with so little inventory, demand for homes would be very strong.
Mike and I had the opportunity to work with incredible clients in 2021. Everything had a sense of urgency due to the pandemic, and we were happy to help our clients make their next steps. Mike and I really tried to consider and prepare for all the issues and unknowns that could pop up. Appraisers were in short supply putting clients’ rate locks in jeopardy, contractors were few, and far between putting timelines into question, we had to make sure all the details were lined up correctly. It is in times like these, that it becomes so clear how important our relationships are with our clients. We truly appreciate how wonderful the people we work with are. Thank you to our wonderful clients!
In 2021 Mike and I sold $30,000,000 in San Francisco property including a home in Marin. We sold multi-million dollar houses, Fixer homes, condos, and multi-unit properties. Several properties we listed, needed to be updated in order to prepare them for sale. We brought our team of contractors in and got the work done in a timely manner at a good price.
