Mike & Oliver Properties Sold in 2020

Everyone can agree 2020 was a world-changing year, a rare time in history when everyone on Earth had a shared experience. We hope we are at the tail end of the pandemic and everyone stays safe as we transition out of these crazy times.

Mike and I stayed busy throughout the year while always adhering to proper COVID protocol. The logistics of selling a home has become more complicated, that goes without saying, but with a willingness to climb over the obstacles presented, we were able to help our clients buy and sell homes in San Francisco in 2020.

Thank you to our wonderful clients! In 2020 Mike and I sold over $36,000,000 in San Francisco property including one home in Burlingame. We sold multi-million dollar houses, Fixer homes, condos, a probate with court confirmation, and more. We prepared several homes for sale by getting our construction team involved in bringing a shine to our listings: Updating Kitchens, Bathrooms, Floors, New Paint, and so much more. We even coordinated a full foundation replacement including pulling permits and having the house lifted up on cribbing! We also helped a trustee sell a property through the probate process including going to court to watch the bidding process.
