Inner Mission Condo Sells 15% Over Asking

Inner Mission Condo Sells 15% Over Asking

Our Inner Mission condo at 1156 Treat Avenue #C listed for $949,000 just closed escrow for $1,100,000.  After marketing the property and setting an offer date, we received multiple offers, two of which were all cash.

Unit C took up the whole top floor in a three unit building that just completed condo conversion, which can add some wrinkles to the sale process.  When selling condo converting properties it is important to have all the paperwork in order and to be very careful with the timing of when to accept offers.  By working closely with my clients, and then with the buyer’s agent, we were able to have a very smooth escrow.  Congratulations to the new owners!

Find Out More About Inner Mission Condos and What Makes the Mission So Great!

Mission condos have been in high demand in the past few years, and it is easy to understand why.  Having lived in the Mission for over 10 years, I can attest to how much the Mission has to offer.  From great restaurants, bars, dancing, public transit, the Inner Mission has a real city feel, which isn’t always that easy to find in a relatively small city like San Francisco.  It really is one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco to go out in with endless cool spots to visit.  Some of the places I’ve really liked:  Casanova, Delirium, the roof deck at El Techo, Beauty Bar, Doc’s Clock, Lolo, the Lone Palm.  The proximity to two BART stations at 16th Street and 24th Street also adds to the demand for homes in the Mission.  The BART makes it really easy to get to Downtown San Francisco and beyond.
