Our gorgeous two bedroom Duboce Triangle condo located at 309 Castro Street, listed for $899,000, sold with multiple offers for $1,100,000, 22% over the asking price!  This Castro Street condo was on the ground floor a few steps from the heart of the Castro.  Our client moved out, gave us the keys, and trusted us to do everything possible to prepare the property in order to make the largest impact possible.  Through our extensive network we received reasonable bids to paint, clean, and stage the condo.  We kept our client in the loop at each important step, so there would be no surprises.  The work was done well and on time.
