Condo Conversion Bypass!

Since 2009 there has been a move to let many waiting TIC’s bypass the SF lottery system for condo conversion; the main reason being to plug up budget holes for the city.  This would be a huge relief to many owners of TIC’s that have been trying to get through this arduous process.  If you can come to city hall on June 21st and show your support please do.  This is a complicated subject, so feel free to ask any questions about it.  Click HERE to see the full article on the Plan C website.
