2701 Van Ness #605 was the best property I saw on tour today. It is a studio, so it is small at about 550 square feet, but it has great views facing south with lots of light. The condominium is priced at $319,000, but I get the feeling it may sell for more. The last condominium to sell in the building was a 1 bedroom with over 900 square feet that sold for over $500,000.
