Here is a very short list of new San Francisco homes coming on the market this week with only one BMR (Below Market Rate) unit listed for $230,834.  Pretty normal for the week before Thanksgiving.  Inventory will most certainly tighten up from here into the New Year, and typically fewer buyers are out looking as well.  Notice the properties coming up in the next few weeks though.
