Be the First to Know 11-13-2013!

The market will almost certainly slow down over the next few weeks, but properties will continue to come on the market even through the holiday season.  Some properties will hit the market because the owners really need to sell, but in this market some realtors will try to sell homes this time of year because there will be fewer homes to compete with.  It has been an extremely busy year, and I think it is safe to say people looking to buy homes won’t simply disappear.
