This is a picture of 924 Chenery from when it sold in 2004.  It will come back on the market later this week through Zephyr Real Estate.  The house is not the showiest of the many lovely homes I saw today, but it is well priced at $775,000, and the location is really very nice.  Chenery Street is somewhat of a thoroughfare between Noe Valley and Glen Park until you pass Diamond Street.  From there the street really quiets down and is very pleasant.  It always amazes me how much an area changes in San Francisco in just a few short blocks.
