Be The First to Know 10-14-2010!

Every week I put up properties that are new to the San Francisco market being listed by Zephyr Real Estate company, many of which can’t be found online yet.  Click HERE to see the list.  This was a pretty long tour, and there were some nice properties.  I’m seeing a normal amount of listings and sales for this time of year particularly since we are quickly nearing the holiday season that very unofficially starts after Halloween.  The absorption rate of SF inventory as been pretty strong and steady the last couple of weeks.
