This week we have six new San Francisco listings and one in Daly City coming to the market including a very large condo on Carl at Stanyon listed at $1,050,000.  The market is really picking up; I’m advising my seller side clients who are interested in selling to do it as soon as possible.  By late March I bet there will be closer to 20 listings coming on a week just at Zephyr.   Click HERE to see the list of new San Francsico properties.
