222 Diamond Closes $1,200,000

 

Our Listing at 222 Diamond Street closed escrow this week.  Listed for $899,000 it closed escrow for $1,200,000.  This was a complicated sale because it was a newly converting condominium in a three unit building, which meant two units had to refinance into new condo loans at the same time the new buyer closed escrow on their purchase.  In a normal transaction there are a lot of moving parts, but when there are three units involved things can turn to chaos quickly.

Everyone did their part and escrow went smoothly.
